La Querciolana produces high quality wines, thanks to the careful and accurate work dedicated to production in the vineyards, harvesting grapes and making wine.

The splendid location of the vineyards, exposed to the south at an average altitude of 350-400 metres above sea level, high quality production. The vine-growing surface is about 13 hectares. The vinestocks grown are Sangiovese, Merlot, Gamay, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon for making red wines; Sauvignon, Incrocio Manzoni, Viognier for making white wine.

The farm, after taking a sustainable winegrowing path, obtained the organic certification for its grape production and processing in 2023.
