THE WINE CELLAR
Inside the farmhouse, there is a large wine cellar,
where innovation and tradition work together to produce top quality wines.
Some of our wines are aged for 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels and 12-24 months in Barrique barrels.
The name given to the wines echoes the figure of the famous mercenary captain, Boldrino Paneri da Panicale (1331-1391), who, according to legend, found refuge for a brief period near the votive shrine of Santa Maria la Querciolana.
The grape and wine production and related processing are supervised by Gianmarco Carrà for the viticulture,
and Alessio Carrà for the winery, as well as oenologist Mauro Monicchi
and sommelier Mauro Cavallucci.
